Synopsis

A 7-year-old girl has a fatal brain tumor but her family cannot afford the operation to save her. Her dying dream is to witness the patriotic flag-raising ceremony in Beijing's Tiananmen Square. When a local newspaper publishes her story, two thousand readers come together to enact the ceremony for her.
