A young woman awakens in a hospital paralyzed from the waist down after an attempt on her life by the suicide cult she abandoned. Her suffering grows as the spirits of the deceased members of the cult begin to haunt her, threatening to kill her unless she is willing to offer up a kindred soul, her nephew, in place of her own. Until her decision is made, all who hear her speak are met with a swift and violent death. Now she must find a way to change her fate and protect her family from the ever-growing threat of the malevolent presence surrounding them.
