When the head of a German organized crime syndicate is assassinated, the fight for his successor begins. Two real estate businessmen – each thinking themselves heir apparent to the throne - try by any means to take his place. What the duo don't count on, however, is the involvement of corrupt local law enforcement, who consider this power vacuum an opportunity to increase their influence in the syndicate.
