Sinopsis

After Enaya and Asanka's marriage, chathu and Asanka decide to adopt a child from orphanage, inspired by the suggestion of a beloved aunt who was childless. The child, named Akera, is primarily raised by his aunt while his adoptive parents live abroad. Akera flourishes as a talented dancer, earning accolades at school competitions.

Meanwhile, Ratna, a male domestic worker in Akera's aunt's household, faces financial hardships that prevent him from adequately supporting his own children’s education. Unbeknownst to others, Ratna harbors a deep affection for Akera. On Akera's birthday, he secretly plans to propose to Ruwan, a friend of Ratna’s. However, Ratna's unfulfilled feelings drive him to a desperate act: he kidnaps Akera for ransom, especially after Akera wins a substantial cash prize in a dance competition.

Ratna’s plan is thwarted when journalists and police intervene, successfully rescuing Akera. Following his aunt's death, Akera is cared for by his father and eventually moves abroad for further education. Upon his return, he begins a romantic relationship with a young man.

Complications arise when Akera's friend Iresha expresses interest in Akera’s boyfriend, leading to emotional turmoil for Akera. Despite the pain, Akera attends the wedding as a second bride, demonstrating his grace and modesty.

In the end, Akera marries Henry, a man struggling with mental health issues, embarking on a new chapter in his life filled with unexpected challenges.
