On the day foul-mouthed, 70-year-old OH Mal-sun finds out that her family wants to commit her to a nursing home she wanders the night streets and is lured into the Forever Young Portrait Studio. Feeling sad and lonely, she gets dressed up for the first time in her life and takes her funeral portrait. But when she finishes, she sees her reflection in a window and is aghast. Mal-sun finds herself transformed from a wrinkly granny to a young Audrey Hepburn, complete with flawless skin and a youthful body. With no one recognizing the new her, she decides to re-live her golden days as 20-year-old OH Doo-ri.
