Synopsis

Dr. Molly Reese's life is shattered when a car accident claims the lives of her entire family. Seeking solace, she attends grief counseling but struggles to cope with the loss, unraveling under the weight of stress and insomnia. Despite her fragile mental state, she returns to work at the hospital, where a series of unfortunate events, including the death of a mobster named Vinny "The Fist" Lombardi, lead the mob to believe she's involved in foul play. As suspicions grow, Giovanni "Johnny Blades" Romano, the mob boss, targets Molly for revenge, believing she's been paid to kill his men. Meanwhile, Mikey "The Bull" Vito, a compassionate mobster, becomes Molly's protector, convinced of her innocence. However, a series of events, including a break-in at her home and a near-miss with another mobster, force Molly to go on the run, afraid of losing her medical license or facing criminal charges. As Molly grapples with her new reality, she discovers a newfound thrill in killing, especially those who seek to harm her.
