The film is inspired by real events, which tells the story of Smaranda Brăescu, one of the most courageous and determined women of the 20th century, a true hero of America and Romania. The film follows Smaranda's journey from her first fatal parachute jump in 1930 to breaking the world record for the highest parachute jump by a human in 1932, and finally achieving her dream to become a certified aviator in America.
