Synopsis

Emil (Matei Dima) works too much. That's what his superiors at the PLM Global corporation keep telling him. So, to tone down his energy, his boss gives him a "horizontal promotion" and makes him the team leader of the call center department—the unappreciated of the corporation, where the unofficial leader is the grumpy Horia. Emil barely has time to settle in before his boss comes up with a new proposal: to restructure the entire call center department and replace them with artificial intelligence. Emil proposes a bet: if he brings back the Cup of Joy, the trophy from the annual teambuilding event, which has never been won by the Bucharest team—the Transylvanians are the perpetual victors—Oprea (the boss) will keep the department intact. If not, he will fire them all. So, Emil, along with his colleagues, heads to the mountains for their first teambuilding, where they will compete for the Cup of Joy against PLM Global teams from Transylvania, Moldova and Oltenia. While they behaved decently at the office, during the teambuilding, all bets are off, and Emil struggles to keep his "wild" colleagues in check. Who will win the cup this year?
