Veronic is a beautiful woman, whose husband Ethan is consumed by the thought of losing her to other men. Her behavior creates increasing doubt and jealousy in Ethan’s mind making him more obsessive and controlling. He sleeps with her excessively to prove love, and loyalty to her. Veronic is faithful to him and doesn’t understand his controlling behavior and jealousy. She starts to feel suffocated and stuck in his web of control. As Veronic begins to explore her old self and remember how she used to be before life with Ethan, she begins to look for the simple joy in life she lost since marrying Ethan. She fights to earn her freedom, and control of her life, no matter the cost.
