Sang-hyun is a beloved and admired priest who devotedly serves at a local hospital. He goes to Africa to volunteer as a test subject in a n experiment to find a vaccine to the deadly infectious disease. The experiment fails but he comes back to life as a vampire. He meets a childhood friend and his wife Tae-ju. Sang-hyun is drwan to Tae-ju and she gets attracted to him. They begin a secret love affair and Sang-hyun's struggle between good and evil begins.
