Yedam, a 7-year-old, and Yoonseo, a 9-year-old are fighting for their lives. Their fathers, Lahan and Jinsu, are doing everything they can to save them. Yedam, who has worsened after discharge, returns to the pediatric ward and meets a new girl in room 701—Yoonseo.
Yedam becomes interested in Yoonseo, but their conditions continue to deteriorate. Lahan and Jinsu, both with different approaches and personalities, clash as they try to find a solution. Lahan even considers contacting an organ trafficker to save his child. Meanwhile, the girls’ conditions worsen, and the story unfolds as both families face moral and emotional dilemmas in their desperate efforts to save their children.
