In a downtown Madrid building, the co-op gathers to vote on the budget to replace the elevator. But the unexpected announcement that a new tenant with mental health issues will rent an apartment from one of the owners causes severe reactions that escalate into a full-blown conflict, prompting some of the neighbors to propose a very unusual compromise… What begins as an ordinary co-op meeting turns into a heated debate testing the limits of pacific coexistence. A conflict from which no one walks away unscathed.
