Follow Jack “The Malamute Kid” MacKensie on his journey south to find a wife. After winning a thousand dollars in gold in a boxing match, Jack and his wolfdog trek south in hunt of a suitable wife. The are met by a murderous insane woodsman, hallucinations caused by near starvation, and a charging grizzly bear, before coming to a small Native village where Jack is reunited with his wartime friend, the biggest and fiercest Indian the Yukon country has ever seen, and falls in love with the chief’s daughter.
